Notice of Public Hearing and Public Comment Period on Application for One Credit Union to Expand Its Field of Membership
One Credit Union, 380 River Street, Springfield, Vermont, has filed an application with the Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation to amend its field of membership to include those who live, work, worship, volunteer or attend school in any county in the State of Vermont and in the State of New Hampshire; Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden, Worcester, Middlesex, Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk counties in the State of Massachusetts; Oxford, Androscoggin, Cumberland and York counties in the State of Maine; and St. Lawrence, Franklin, Clinton, Essex, Hamilton, Warren, Washington, Saratoga, Fulton, Montgomery, Schenectady, Albany and Rensselaer counties in the State of New York, together with members of their immediate families and organizations composed primarily of the same people.
The Commissioner will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the One Credit Union application.

Proposed Acquisition: ProAssurance Specialty Insurance Company (DBA Noetic Specialty Insurance) and Medmarc Casualty Insurance Company
NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD PURSUANT TO 8 V.S.A. § 3683(f)(1) REGARDING THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF PROASSURANCE SPECIALITY INSURANCE COMPANY (D/B/A NOETIC SPECIALITY INSURANCE) AND MEDMARC CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY BY THE DOCTORS COMPANY, AN INTERINSURANCE EXCHANGE AND THE DOCTORS MANAGEMENT COMPANY
The Doctors Company, An Interinsurance Exchange (TDC) and The Doctors Management Company have submitted an application (the Application) on April 16, 2025, for the acquisition of control of ProAssurance Specialty Insurance Company (d/b/a Noetic Special Insurance) (PRA Specialty) and Medmarc Casualty Insurance Company (Medmarc). If the acquisition of control is approved by the Department of Financial Regulation (Department) and consummated, PRA Specialty and Medmarc will become wholly owned indirect subsidiaries of TDC.
