Arizona Automobile Theft Authority Reports 25% Decrease in 2025 Vehicle Thefts
Data compiled by the Auto Crime Tracker database shows that in 2025, vehicle thefts totaled 12,686—a significant decrease from the 17,010 vehicles stolen in 2024. 2025 marks the third consecutive year Arizona has seen a decrease in vehicle thefts.

Arizona Resiliency and Mitigation Council Releases Report on Homeowners Insurance and Wildfire Risk
The Resiliency and Mitigation Council’s 10-month investigation into the Arizona homeowners insurance market identified the trends within the state and nationwide leading to rising property insurance premiums and elevated levels of nonrenewals, particularly in wildland-urban interface areas, and property- and community-level mitigation measures that can reduce wildfire risk.
